Will my personal information, including medical history, be kept private?

How does an online consultation work?

The patient does not receive a traditional physical exam by the physician, but rather completes our secure online questionnaire to communicate with the physician. For your safety, however, we do require that you have received a physical exam in the recent past, in order to consider your request for medication. Difference between a Generic and Name-Brand Drug ?
A Name-Brand drug is marketed under a specific trade name by a pharmaceutical manufacturer. In most cases, Name-Brand drugs are still under patent protection, meaning the manufacturer is the sole source for the product but in many Countries around the world this is not the case and a generic alternative is readily available. A generic drug is made with the same active ingredients and in the same dosage form as a brand name drug. The generic drug is therapeutically equivalent to the brand name drug but is sold under its chemical or "generic" name.
Are generic drugs as strong as brandname drugs?

You will find a lot number on the pill bottle or pill card (packaging). How do I place an order?
- Find the Medication which are listed on the home page and click on "Buy Now" button to Add in the your shopping cart. You may order more than one medication per transaction
- Create a Member Account, if you do not already have an account, enter all required information, including a functional e-mail address, and your password. It is beneficial to you to enter your functional email address as your order confirmation and important discount offers will be emailed to you.
- Fill out the Medical Questionnaire, Answer all Medical Questions – the physician needs this information to determine whether or not to issue a prescription
- Enter your payment detail, Pay by Credit Card or debit card using Visa.

Do you require a prescription to order?
Yes, we do require a prescription to order our medications. We offer two options for our valued customers:
1. If you do not have a prescription, we would be pleased to refer you to physicians that are capable of reviewing your medical questions and history and determining if you qualify for a prescription based on your health profile. There is no extra charge for this service.
2. If you already have a valid prescription for this product, complete the online medical questions, then please fax 1-800-662-7881 or scan and e-mail your prescription to us support@aviagraf.com.
What happens once I place my order?
Our licensed physician will review the information you have submitted and either approve or decline your request. If the physician requires additional information, we will be in touch with you. If the prescription is approved, the physician will write it and send it to the pharmacy, where it will be filled by a licensed pharmacist and shipped to you via Airmail or in the U.S. Postal Service. Your package will include a copy of your prescription, a receipt, as well as documentation with the usage, dose and precautionary information for your medication. You will also receive contact information for the pharmacy in the case you have any questions after you receive your medication.
I have not received my confirmation email or reply. What should I do?
Please check your 'spam' or 'junk' folder in whatever email system you are using. Many Internet providers automatically filter emails and our reply may end up in your SPAM folder or may get deleted. If you do not receive a confirmation or a reply to a query, first check your spam/junk folder and if you still don't receive it contact our support to rectify it.
Can I ship to a PO Box or military (APO/FPO) address?
Yes. Your order can be sent to a Post Office Box or military (APO/FPO) address. All orders shipped to a PO Box will be shipped through U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.
Signatures for these shipping methods are obtained using a postal service domestic return receipt. Please remember that, due to the contents of the package, we require an adult signature at the time all shipments arrive.
For shipments to military addresses, domestic packages typically arrive in 10 to 14 days, but please allow up to at least two weeks depending upon your location, especially for overseas shipments.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are Europe based pharmacy, and we do ship internationally. We do not ship to Canada, Mexico or some 3rd world countries. Is a signature required for delivery of my package?
Yes. All packaged medication requires an signature, so someone must be available to sign at the time of delivery.
Is the packaging for my shipment discreet?
Yes, your privacy is important to us. Our packaging does not refer to the contents of the shipment, and you will not find an invoice or packing slip on the outside of the package.
I only received part of my order?
If your order is a large order, then it may be shipped in multiple packages and they may not arrive on the same day. If you have not received both packages within the estimated shipping time please contact our Support Department. You can find out if your order was shipped in multiple packages by checking your order history in your account.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your order before it is shipped by calling 1-800-662-7881. If it has not yet shipped, we will cancel your order. You cannot cancel an order once it has shipped.
How do I track order shipments?
Order tracking numbers will be provided for EMS shipments. To track a shipped order, please go to EMS or USPS (USA) and enter your tracking number for detailed report. EMS USPS tracking becomes available when parcel leaves shipping country (2-3 days usually). Since that moment you can get a full information about your order.
For Airmail shipment you will only receive AWB (airway bill) which will have the receipt number for the shipment shipped out and it cannot be traced with tracking websites. Air Mail provides delivery report only and becomes available when parcel is delivered to postal/unit.

Is there a fee for a change of address after an order has shipped?
Yes. There is a $15 re-route fee for all changes of address once an order has shipped. Please note that only FedEx packages can be re-routed. U.S. Postal Service packages cannot be re-routed and we must wait until they are returned to us before we can reship to the correct address.
